The passive drive type does not use a ThinFilmTransistor (TFT, ThinFilmTransistor) substrate. Active drive type adopts TFT substrate, which is suitable for medium and large size display, especially large size full-color dynamic image display. At present, passive drive OLED technology has been relatively mature, most commercial products are passive drive.
